If you have a production critical machine down, HST can offer our emergency spindle repair service or what we call Quick Turnaround (QTA) service. Your spindle will move to the front of the line. Evaluation and quoting are completed within 24 hours. A normal comprehensive repair is usually 2-3 business days ARO. If the spindle requires GPG the repair will take 3-6 business days ARO.
There is a 15% additional charge for QTA service. It should be noted that QTA service is not always available.
